We are currently raising $60 million in Series A funding, structured in two phases:

With nearly four decades in hospitality — from dishwasher to executive chef to financial operations leader — William has held every position from back of house to the boardroom. He’s built multimillion-dollar budgets, restructured failing systems, and led teams across every facet of service and business management.
His edge? A rare mix of grit, tech-savviness, and heart. Armed with a Finance degree, MBA, and chef’s pedigree, William created Sharkey Restaurant Group (SRG) not just as a company — but as a catalyst. SRG exists to build systems that uplift overlooked talent, deliver real ownership to those locked out for too long, and redefine the culture of hospitality.
