With nearly four decades in hospitality — from dishwasher to executive chef to financial operations leader — William has held every position from the back of house to the boardroom. He’s built multimillion-dollar budgets, restructured failing systems, and led teams across every facet of food service and business management.
His secret weapon? A rare mix of grit, tech-savviness, and heart.
Armed with a Finance degree, an MBA, and hard-won wisdom from decades in the field, William created Sharkey Restaurant Group (SRG) not just as a company — but as a catalyst. SRG exists to build systems that scale, uplift talent that’s often overlooked, and deliver real ownership to those who’ve been locked out for too long.
